Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction activities on-site, ensure quality control, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with clients, contractors, and the project team to achieve timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to achieve efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and documentation.
• Assist in quality control checks and resolve technical issues at the site.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of site experience (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
