Site Engineer

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of work as per the project plan.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labour teams.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

2. Measurement & Documentation

• Take accurate measurements at the site for billing, material estimation, and progress tracking.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurement sheets, and work progress records.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure materials and workmanship meet company standards.
• Conduct quality checks during installation.
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.

4. Material Management

• Coordinate material requirements with the Customer.
• Monitor Delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site.

5. Coordination with Departments

• Liaise with design, production, and management teams for clarifications and updates.
• Coordinate with clients or consultants during site visits, inspections, and approvals.

6. Safety Compliance

• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers on site.
• Report unsafe practices and ensure corrective action.
• Conduct basic safety briefings when needed.

7. Timeline & Project Progress

• Ensure work progresses according to scheduled timelines.
• Highlight any delays, site issues, or material shortages to concerned departments.
• Assist in planning and prioritizing daily activities.

8. Client Interaction

• Assist in resolving site-related queries raised by clients.
• Provide updates and ensure client satisfaction during site execution.

9. Problem Solving

• Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with management.
• Troubleshoot installation or alignment problems at site.

10. Handover & Completion

• Assist in final inspections and ensure snag lists are completed.
• Obtain client Signature for Delivery Challan & Handover after completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
