Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is executed as per design, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities and monitor work progress at the site.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain daily site records, prepare progress reports, and update management.
• Ensure safety measures are followed by all workers on-site.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
