Job Description

Job Title: Site Engineer (Construction Field) Job Description: The Site Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards and specifications. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities as per project plans and drawings. * Ensure work quality and adherence to construction standards and safety regulations. * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors. * Monitor material usage and maintain daily progress reports. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly. * Verify levels, alignments, and measurements as per design specifications. * Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to project timelines. Key Skills Required: * Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods. * Excellent site supervision and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Good communication and team coordination abilities. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Qualifications: * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * 3 – 5 years of experience in the construction industry preferred. * Knowledge of safety and quality standards in construction.
