Site Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Planning & Scheduling: Prepare and update daily/weekly work schedules and allocate tasks for site teams and contractors.
  
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report daily/weekly progress, highlighting bottlenecks and delays to management.
  
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between on-site execution teams, consultants, and management.
  
• Issue Resolution: Identify site challenges and coordinate with purchase, design, and quality teams to resolve them quickly.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain updated drawings, permits, and reports; ensure adherence to quality and safety norms.
  
• Meeting Management: Conduct site review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and follow up on action points.
  

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
  
• Experience: 5 years in site coordination, construction supervision, or a similar role.
  
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of civil construction processes, drawings, and quality checks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  
• Soft Skills: Strong communication (Hindi/English), problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
