Site Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to oversee and manage on-site operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who is eager to grow in the construction/interior/project management field. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to support project goals and deliver results on time. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily site operations and ensure smooth workflow. Maintain communication between project managers, clients, and on-site workers. Monitor work progress and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. Handle site documentation including daily reports, material logs, and labor attendance. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage inventory and coordinate delivery of materials to the site. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Project Management or related field. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
