· Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems and resolve them.
· Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
· Maintain records of inspections, breakdowns, and corrective actions.
· Share the Complaint to the concern person and follow up until closure.
· Manage spare parts inventory and raise requisitions as needed.
· Liaise with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers for specialized maintenance.
· Maintain maintenance logs, Customer Complaint reports, and cost analysis.
· Provide periodic reports to management on site performance and reliability.
· Record, prioritize, and track customer concerns or service requests
· Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue acknowledgement, expected resolution timelines, and completion updates.
· Coordinate with the Contractor
· Maintain the record of pending vs. resolved cases.
