Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Site Coordinator located in Amravati. The Site Coordinator will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include tender filling , supervising daily site activities, ensuring safety compliance, updating project progress, and resolving on-site issues in collaboration with management and stakeholders. The candidate will also be required to maintain records and provide regular reports. Qualifications Project management and organizational skills to coordinate teams and resources efficiently Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and team collaboration Knowledge in construction practices, site planning, and safety regulations Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address site challenges effectively Basic knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and documentation Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and adapt to dynamic situations Proficiency in using project management or construction software tools Relevant experience in construction, site coordination, or project management A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
