Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer / Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site. The ideal candidate will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project timelines and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities. • Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. • Enforce safety regulations and conduct routine safety checks. • Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth execution. • Manage site resources, materials, and equipment effectively. • Maintain site records, daily reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. • Report progress and challenges to the project manager regularly. Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects. • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety practices, and site management. • Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans. • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time.
