Site Civil Engineer

Supervise all ongoing civil works at site as per the directions of the company Management. Ensure that all Line, Levels, Profiles are correct as per the design drawings and marked on ground before execution. Ensure that all items of works mentioned in RFI are checked before execution and reject any sub-standard work activities. Ensure maintenance of site documents viz site order books, RFI, JMR and ensure that all directions from the Engineer in charge channels are adhered to at the site. Plan all work activities in coordination with the Site engineers of the client/Contractors and prepare work programs for the week/month. Study all drawings issued by the designer and check the feasibility of execution on ground. Ensure that all construction activities are carried out as per correct methods of construction as per the design. Facilitate/Assist/coordinate with the client/contractor for all joint measurements of work carried out at site. Maintain all level sheets, test records, plant output records and delivery challans produced by and to the clients/contractors. Prepare as built-in drawings in coordination with the client/contractor’s site in charges. Coordinate with all site in-charge of the clients/contractors as well as the utility service providers and ensure that the construction/restoration/clearance of all utility lines are executed before execution of subsequent work activities at site.  To bring out any technical hitch at site to the knowledge of the company management as well as the engineer in charge of the client/contractor at the time of execution of work. To maintain all GFC/revised drawings issued by the client/Architect/Designers at site and ensure adherence of  the specifications as per the drawings. To ensure that all mandatory technical and quality control/quality assurance tests are carried out as per norms at site before/during/after the construction. Ensure delivery of all construction materials to the client as and when required and maintain proper records. Ensure maintenance of day to day work diaries at site job wise by the site in  charges. Any other technical works assigned by the management. Ensure proper and correct records are being maintained of all inward and outward material including labor attendance.
