Job Title: Site Cashier
Location: West Bengal / Jharkhand (On-site Project Location)Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory)---Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day site cash transactions and maintain accurate cash books.Ensure proper documentation for all cash and bank-related transactions at the site.Process advance payments, staff reimbursements, and vendor payments as per company policies.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports.Coordinate with auditors during internal / external audits for cash verification.Adhere to company policies for cash management, security, and compliance.Required Skills:Cash Handling: Proven experience managing cash transactions responsibly.Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.Tally ERP: Practical working knowledge of Tally ERP for accounting entries.Advanced Excel: Proficiency in Excel for cash reports, reconciliations, and MIS preparation.SAP (Preferred): Exposure to SAP for accounting and reporting will be an added advantage.Good communication and reporting skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (preferred for location).---Experience Required:1 to 3 years of relevant experience in site-based cashier or accounts-related roles.Additional Requirements:Willingness to work at Site locations within West Bengal or Jharkhand.Should have a responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented approach.
