Site HR & Admin

Experience:

Role Overview

The Site HR & Admin is responsible for managing HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, and administrative activities at the site. The role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to independently manage day-to-day site functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mandatory experience in site or factory location as HR
  • Manage onboarding, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, labour laws).
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
  • Oversee site administrationhousekeeping, security, canteen, transport, supplies.
  • Coordinate with safety and operations teams on compliance and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 2–7 years of experience in plant or factory loctaion
  • Good understanding of labour laws and HR processes.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and MS Office skills.
