Siebel Designer

We are looking for a skilled Siebel Designer with strong expertise in Siebel CRM architecture and modules (Sales, Service, Order Management, Product & Pricing, Loyalty).

The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing functional/technical specifications, and developing data models, workflows, and UI components.

Candidates should have telecom domain knowledge (prepaid, postpaid, data, fixed line, data circuits) with at least 4 years of design experience. Proficiency in Siebel Tools, workflows, eScript, configuration, and integration is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Role & responsibilities

1. Analyse business requirements and translate them into Siebel CRM solutions.

2. Design functional and technical specifications.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and validation.

4. Create high-level and low level design documents

5. Ensure designs align with enterprise architecture and best practices.

6. Collaborate to development, testing and other stakeholders for end to end delivery

7. Support Agile/Dev Ops Delivery Methodologies

Key Skills required

1. Proven experience working with Siebel CRM in the Telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of telecom business processes [Prepaid, Postpaid, Data, Fixed line and Data Circuits services]

2. Deep understanding of Siebel architecture, data model, configuration, and customization capabilities Functional

3. Knowledge of Siebel Order Management and Asset Based Ordering

4. Functional Knowledge of Siebel Service Request

5. Functional Knowledge of Siebel Product/Pricing

6. Functional Knowledge of Siebel Loyalty

7. Siebel EAI/Integration Functional Knowledge
