Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IFS Field Service Management (FSM) Application Administrator to support, configure, and optimize our IFS FSM platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of field service processes (scheduling, work orders, inventory, contracts, billing) combined with hands-on expertise in IFS FSM Application administration, configuration, integrations, troubleshooting and security management.

This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth FSM Design & Operations, supporting mobile and web users and driving enhancements in our on-premise / cloud-based environment.

Role & responsibilities

Proficient in :

  1. System Administration
  2. Install, manage and maintain the IFS FSM application, including servers, environments and configurations.
  3. Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  4. Apply patches, hotfixes and upgrades in coordination with IFS Support and IT teams.
  5. Open and coordinate on Tickets with IFS.
  6. User & Security Management
  7. Create, manage and maintain user accounts, roles and permissions.
  8. Ensure compliance with company security standards and data governance policies.
  9. Configuration & Customization
  10. Configure FSM modules (Workforce Scheduling, Work Orders, Inventory, Contracts, Billing, etc.) as per business requirements.
  11. Support business process improvements by enabling appropriate system features and workflows.
  12. Integration & Data Management
  13. Support and troubleshoot FSM integrations with ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems.
  14. Oversee data imports/exports, synchronization and system interfaces.
  15. Work with APIs, OData and middleware tools to ensure smooth integrations.

Key Skills

1. Experience with IFS Cloud and on premise FSM (latest versions)

2. Experience in managing FSM Web / Mobile applications for field technicians

3. Strong knowledge of IFS FSM modules and business processes

(field service, scheduling, contracts, inventory, etc.)

4. Hands-on experience with system installation, configuration, role-based security

and workflow management

5. Knowledge of SQL, OData, APIs and integration frameworks

6. DR site setup & documentation

7. Positive attitude, very Good Communications and presentation skills

8. Extremely motivated with good Inter-personnel Skills

9. Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills

10. FSM Associate Consultant Certified.
