Experienced End-to-End Solution Architect in telecom to design and deliver scalable solutions across BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Network. Must have expertise in digital transformation, Open APIs, and on emerging technologies trends like AI/ML in telecom.

Required Skillset:

• Strong telecom domain knowledge, including BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Network
• Proven experience in designing end-to-end, scalable, and complex solutions for telecom clients.
• Hands-on experience with digital transformation methodologies and modernization of legacy systems.
• Strong understanding of Open APIs, microservices, service-oriented architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Fair Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT etc. network virtualization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum

  15+ years

  if experience with strong BSS/OSS telecom domain expertise with minimum of 5+ Years of end-to-end solutions with hands-on experience in Digital transformation, cloud integrations, Open APIs, microservices, and emerging technologies.

Ability to identify challenges and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions, driving

projects forward independently.

Must-Have

• Strong telecom domain and solution architecture expertise (BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Network) with proven end-to-end solution design experience.
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation, cloud, Open APIs, microservices, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills to deliver business-aligned solutions and guide teams.

Good to have :

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Role & responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end telecom solutions across BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Network domains.

Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud integrations, Open APIs, microservices, and emerging technologies like AI/ML, & IoT.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, assess gaps, and define robust solution architectures.

Documentation: Create and maintain architecture blueprints, solution documentation, and roadmaps.

Evaluate and recommend modern technologies and integration approaches to enhance telecom systems.

Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive teams to drive end to end solution.

Drive innovation, proposing new solutions and approaches aligned with business goals and technology trends

Support solution feasibility studies, prototyping, and proof-of-concepts for emerging technology adoption

Collaborate effectively with business, technical, product, network, and operations teams to align solution architecture with business objectives, ensure seamless integrations, and drive successful delivery of complex telecom projects.
