Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Siebel Designer with strong expertise in Siebel CRM architecture and modules (Sales, Service, Order Management, Product & Pricing, Loyalty). The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing functional/technical specifications, and developing data models, workflows, and UI components. Proficiency in Siebel Tools, workflows, eScript, configuration, and integration is essential. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Role & responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into Siebel CRM solutions. Design functional and technical specifications. Create Siebel data models, workflows, and UI designs. Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and validation. Ensure designs align with enterprise architecture and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of Siebel Architecture and modules (Sales, Service, Order Management, Product and Pricing, Loyalty etc.) Domain knowledge of Telecom Business on the Prepaid, Postpaid, Data and Fixed line services Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Telecom and Siebel CRM. Knowledge of Siebel Tools, Workflows, eScript, Configuration, and Integration. Ability to create high-level and low level design documents Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
