Client is looking for a person who has been involved actively in in migrating Siebel ITSM / GCT to ServiceNow ITSM and can independently work on this initiative. Need candidate who have experience on Siebel CRM's Global Custom Ticketing (GCT) platform. The person would need to decode /reverse engineer the existing configurations and help with data mapping on ServiceNow. Any experience with ServiceNow ITSM is a plus but not mandatory.
