Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
• Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product sales
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and special promotions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-15 years of experience in retail sales or showroom environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly
• Customer-focused with a passion for sales
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting
