We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales professional to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
Provide detailed information about products, including features, benefits, and pricing
Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to product sales
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and special promotions
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Skills and Qualifications

5-15 years of experience in retail sales or showroom environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with customers
Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems
Excellent product knowledge and ability to learn about new products quickly
Customer-focused with a passion for sales
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting
