Showroom Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:     1. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos for customers, highlighting features, benefits, and applications. 2. Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product solutions. 3. Sales and Upselling: Identify sales opportunities, promote products, and upsell/cross-sell relevant items. 4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including features, technical specifications, and applications. 5. Demo Room Maintenance: Ensure the demo room is clean, organized, and well-maintained, with all products fully functional and easily accessible. 6. Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback, report on customer interactions, and provide insights to improve product development and sales strategies. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. 8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and product feedback, and provide regular reports to management.     Requirements:     1. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 2. Sales and Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. 3. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and technical information. 4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. 5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with audio-visual equipment and software applications.     Nice to Have:     1. Technical Background: Experience in a technical field, such as audio-visual. 2. Sales Training: Completion of sales training programs or certifications. 3. Knowledge of Industry Trends: Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
