Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with experience in both inside and outside sales environments. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their purchasing experience. The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of high-end sales techniques and lighting design principles.
• Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with team members on merchandising strategies to optimize product displays.
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote new products and services.
• Maintain organized stock levels and assist with inventory management.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and transaction handling.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in retail environments.
• Knowledge of construction, maintenance, and interior design principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
