Job Title: Showroom Sales Associate (Female) Location: [Durgapur] Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Automobile – Tata Passenger Vehicles Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Auto/Retail Sales Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, confident, and customer-focused Female Showroom Sales Associate to represent Tata Motors Passenger Cars at our authorized dealership. The ideal candidate should be passionate about automobiles, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Tata car models. Explain features, specifications, variants, and finance/insurance options. Offer test drive coordination and follow-up with prospective buyers. Achieve monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement. Maintain updated knowledge on Tata Motors’ car portfolio, offers, and industry trends. Ensure the showroom and vehicle display area is well-maintained and visually appealing. Coordinate with the sales admin and delivery team for documentation and customer delivery experience. Handle post-sale follow-ups for customer satisfaction and feedback. Candidate Requirements: Female candidates only, as per showroom's customer interaction goals. Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. Experience in automobile or retail showroom sales is a plus. Good communication in English, Hindi, and the local language.
