As the Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and effective functioning. You will need to build revenue, manage back-office operations, and supervise selling professionals. Developing strategies and plans to achieve sales results through clientelling, superior customer service, events, partnering, and traffic generating actions will be crucial. It is essential to ensure a consistent, quality store experience for customers, think strategically, and drive the business to company standards. Prioritizing, planning, delegating, administrating, and adapting to business needs are key aspects of this role. Maximizing inventory, cash control, and implementing loss prevention techniques are pivotal for success.
