Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, managing sales transactions, handling product displays, and maintaining the store's appearance. The role requires maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales and achieving targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic knowledge of jewellery and gem stones is a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred
