Kapra Gold and Diamonds is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead and manage our multi-store jewellery operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in gold and diamond retail, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day showroom operations across multiple stores.
Lead, motivate, and train sales teams to achieve business targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver premium shopping experiences.
Oversee inventory management, stock movement, and quality control.
Implement effective sales and promotional strategies.
Handle customer relations, conflict resolution, and team performance.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in jewellery showroom management.
Proven experience in handling multi-store operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Age below 45 years.
Expertise in gold, diamond, and precious stone retail.
Salary & Benefits
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
