Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Showroom Manager located in Thane, with some flexibility for remote work. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the showroom, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing sales activities, and maintaining the showroom’s appearance. Additional responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
• Experience in Sales and managing Showrooms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Relevant experience in the tiles or similar manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
