Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Customer Service Associate at our jewellery showroom, you will play a key role in assisting customers with selecting jewellery, providing detailed product information, and ensuring exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships. Additionally, you will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, lead the sales team, manage inventory, and contribute to marketing and promotional activities. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services. - Ensure exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. - Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. - Oversee daily operations of the showroom, including opening/closing, managing inventory, and cash handling. - Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Support the Showroom Manager in leading, mentoring, and training the sales team. - Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom. - Foster a positive and productive work environment. - Manage stock levels and ensure proper display of jewellery pieces. - Conduct stock audits and ensure timely replenishment of products. - Collaborate with the procurement team to address stock-related issues. - Assist in executing promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and special events. - Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently. - Ensure all customer transactions are recorded and reported accurately. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in retail management or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery sector. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to meet sales targets. - Leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, metals, and market trends is a plus. - Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.,
