Role & Responsibilities

· Key Responsibilities

· Client Engagement & Consultation

· Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in clients, including architects, interior designers, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

· Understand the client’s design vision and suggest appropriate lighting solutions based on space usage and aesthetic requirements.

· Explain technical lighting concepts—such as beam angles, color temperature (CCT), dimming options, and finish choices—in simple and professional language.

· Experience Centre Management

· Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring all zones are tidy, functional, and visually updated.

· Collaborate with backend teams to manage stock availability, demo setups, and product installations.

· Maintain a premium, design-focused environment that enhances the visitor experience.

· Relationship Building

· Develop long-term relationships with architects, designers, builders, and premium clients.

· Support and host lighting demonstrations, walkthroughs, and informational sessions inside the experience centre.

· Sales and Performance

· Convert showroom visits into qualified leads and closed sales.

· Handle follow-ups, coordinate quotations, and assist in finalizing orders.

· Achieve monthly sales goals and share performance reports with the management team.

· Product and Design Knowledge

· Stay informed about trends in lighting, design innovations, and architectural principles.

· Contribute design suggestions for lighting layouts when required, demonstrating spatial understanding and creativity.

· Coordination and Reporting

· Coordinate with internal teams such as project execution, marketing, and sales to ensure smooth client experience.

· Maintain accurate CRM entries, client preferences, and visit records.

· Submit weekly updates on showroom footfall, conversion metrics, and feedback for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
