Business Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Showroom Walkthrough

• Greet and welcome customers at the flagship showroom, offering a premium shopping experience.
• Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest the most suitable

  furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories

  .
• Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.

Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support

• Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
• Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and dcor.
• Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.

Relationship Building & Lead Generation

• Engage with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
• Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
• Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase Alankarams offerings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Education:

  Degree/Diploma in any.

• Experience:

  3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply).
• Strong understanding of furniture and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a

  client-centric approach
