Role Overview: As a Business Executive (Product Expert), you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our showroom. You will play a key role in understanding their requirements, providing personalized design recommendations, and facilitating store visits . This role blends furniture and interiors expertise with customer engagement and sales, ensuring clients receive the insure best professional experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Showroom Walkthrough Greet and welcome customers at the flagship showroom, offering a premium shopping experience. Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest the most suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories . Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece. Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs. Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and dcor. Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools. Relationship Building & Lead Generation Engage with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads. Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers. Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase Alankarams offerings. Required Skills & Experience: Education: Degree/Diploma in any. Experience: 3-8 years of experience in interior design, furniture sales, or luxury retail (freshers with strong design skills may apply). Strong understanding of furniture and space planning.
