Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Showroom Executive. The Showroom Executive will be responsible for managing showroom operations, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, providing detailed information about Skoda vehicles, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Showroom Executive will also be involved in inventory management, coordinating test drives, and maintaining showroom aesthetics. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Sales and Product Knowledge Inventory Management and Coordination skills Proficiency with CRM software and showroom management tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
