Job Description

As the Showroom Administrator, your main role is to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the showroom and office areas across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. You will be responsible for overseeing facilities management tasks, coordinating with the chef for kitchen and stock management, and maintaining a presentable environment for clients and staff. Key Responsibilities: - **Showroom and Office Maintenance (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floors):** - Oversee cleanliness and organization of all showroom and office areas. - Regulate air conditioning systems for a comfortable environment. - Manage and monitor lighting systems for proper functionality. - Ensure washrooms are well-stocked and maintained. - **Kitchen and Stock Management:** - Coordinate with the chef for kitchen maintenance. - Approve grocery and kitchen supply purchases. - Conduct regular checks to ensure sufficient stock and cleanliness. - **Post-Client Visit and End-of-Day Cleanliness:** - Clear tables and maintain a neat appearance after client visits. - Conduct end-of-day inspections for tidiness. - **Supplies and Inventory Management:** - Monitor and manage essential supplies. - Ensure timely ordering and replenishment of supplies. - **IT and Technical Support:** - Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues. - Coordinate with IT support for issue resolution. - **Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance:** - Address minor issues and escalate larger problems. - Coordinate repairs for equipment as needed. - **Vendor Coordination:** - Liaise with external vendors for maintenance needs. - Schedule vendor visits and ensure work quality. - **Health and Safety:** - Maintain health and safety standards. - Report safety hazards for immediate attention. - **Daily Inspections and Preventive Maintenance:** - Conduct regular inspections for maintenance needs. - Perform preventive maintenance activities.
