Responsibilities

• Development of Online Shops using Shopware 6
• Development of Shopware-Plugins
• Dynamic Frontend Development using HTML5 (Twig), JavaScript (Vue.js, VanillaJS)
• Implementation of the technical requirements of the field
• Collaborate with the IT Team ERP E-Commerce and with our various divisions
• Implementing product features and contributing to the ongoing development of Shopware
• Code reviews within the team as well as cross-functional collaboration with component specialists and product owners
• Ensuring the quality and functional integrity of the software
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of the code base
• Documentation and community support
  

Your Competencies

• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Vue.js, React or Angular
• Relevant experience with the standard web technologies JavaScript, CSS and HTML
• Ideally, knowledge of MySQL and PHP
• Open, agile and international mindset
• Proactive and innovative way of programming
• High expertise in object-oriented programming with PHP
• Previous experience with the creation of websites based on the LAMP technology (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP)
• Previous practical experience with the eShop System of Shopware, as well as the development of Shopware plugins and templating with Smarty
• Confident handling and usage of development tools such as Git
• Further beneficial is the knowledge of frameworks such as Zend or Symfony
• You have in-depth experience with Shopware 5, Shopware 6 and other open source CMSs
• Ideally, you have a valid Shopware certification in the area of Developer / Developer Advanced or are striving for one
• You have experience with the integration and extension of common Shopware modules and are able to implement your own solutions in your own extensions
• You are interested in the latest technologies and releases
• You enjoy working in a team and pushing projects forward together
• Degree in IT or relevant domain
