Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain our existing Shopify public app.
• Work with

  Shopify Remix (Node.js)

  and

  React

  to build scalable backend and frontend features.
• Use

  Shopify Polaris components

  to build and improve the app UI (HTML/CSS + React).
• Integrate with

  Shopify Admin / Storefront APIs

  , webhooks, and third-party services.
• Work with

  MongoDB

  for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
• Debug issues, optimize performance, and collaborate with the product/QA team for new features.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in web application development.
• Experience with

  Shopify Remix

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  MongoDB

  (schemas, indexing, aggregation).
• Familiarity with

  Shopify app development

  and Shopify APIs (REST).
• Good understanding of

  REST APIs, webhooks

  , and secure integration patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.

Good to Have

• Experience using

  Shopify Polaris

  and

  Shopify App Bridge

  .
• Prior work on

  Shopify public or custom apps

  .
• Experience with

  authentication/authorization

  (OAuth, JWT, session handling).
• Exposure to

  performance optimization

  and scalable architecture.
