Shopify E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities-

Manage and maintain our Shopify store, including product uploads, collections, pricing, and promotions.

Optimize website performance, navigation, and user experience.

Implement apps, integrations, and customizations within Shopify.

Monitor and update inventory, product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content.

Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers/agencies when required.

Work with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, discounts, and offers.

Track and analyze store performance metrics (traffic, sales, conversion rate, abandoned carts, etc.).

Ensure smooth order management, returns, and customer support coordination.

Stay updated with Shopify trends, new features, and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements-

Proven experience as a Shopify Specialist, E-commerce Executive, or similar role.

Strong understanding of Shopify platform, themes, and apps.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing basics.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or Liquid (preferred).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications-

Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce (Preferred).

Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

Knowledge of order management systems and third-party integrations.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 per year
