Shopify E-commerce Specialist

As a Shopify E-commerce Specialist at Dennison Fashion India Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve managing and maintaining the Shopify store, handling Marketplace and D2C Channels cataloging, generating inventory and sales reports, overseeing customer service for D2C orders, optimizing website performance, implementing apps and customizations within Shopify, updating inventory and product information, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with the marketing team, tracking store performance, and staying updated with Shopify trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the Shopify store including product uploads, collections, pricing, and promotions. - Handle Marketplace and D2C Channels cataloging for smooth listing management. - Generate and maintain inventory reports and sales reports across channels. - Oversee and support the customer service team for D2C orders. - Optimize website performance, navigation, and user experience. - Implement apps, integrations, and customizations within Shopify. - Monitor and update inventory, product descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content. - Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers/agencies. - Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, discounts, and offers. - Track and analyze store performance metrics like traffic, sales, conversion, and abandoned carts. - Stay updated with Shopify trends, features, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Shopify Specialist, E-commerce Executive, or similar role. - Strong understanding of the Shopify platform, themes, and apps. - Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing basics. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Liquid (preferred). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of order management systems & third-party integrations.
