Shopify Developer - HTML5/CSS3

Description

• We are looking for a technically proficient Shopify Developer with a deep understanding of Shopifys architecture and development ecosystem.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in building scalable and maintainable solutions using Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with strong attention to performance, code quality, and platform best practices.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Node.js, or Hydrogen will be highly valued.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced custom functionalities within the Shopify environment.
• Configure, extend, and optimize core platform features to meet business and user requirements.
• Work extensively with Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS for front-end and back-end development.
• Manage data structures, collections, and dynamic content rendering within Shopify.
• Collaborate on system integrations using REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party services.
• Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and version control management for production ready builds.
• Execute platform transitions and ensure smooth alignment of data, themes, and functionalities.
• Stay updated with Shopify platform updates, SDKs, and emerging development frameworks.
  

Qualification

• 25 years of experience in Shopify development.
• Proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience in Shopify theme customization and API integration.
• Working knowledge of Shopify Storefront APIs, GraphQL, and CLI tools.
• Exposure to Shopify Plus, checkout extensibility, or custom storefronts is a plus.
• Understanding of cross-platform performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
