Shopify Developer (Full Stack) – Bangalore / Kochi / Trivandrum

Job Overview:

Shopify Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify stores, including

  themes, Liquid templates, and Storefront API integrations

  .
• Implement and debug

  third-party Shopify apps

  and build custom apps as required.
• Perform

  full-stack development

  using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend frameworks (Ruby on Rails preferred).
• Write

  clean, scalable, and maintainable code

  following best practices and OOP principles.
• Work with

  Shopify objects/properties, Meta fields, AJAX API

  , and front-end optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an

  Agile/DevOps environment

  with CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with

  cloud services

  (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deployment and scaling.
• Ensure seamless performance, security, and scalability for eCommerce solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of core experience

  in Shopify development.
• Strong expertise in

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, React (preferred)

  .
• Experience in

  custom Shopify theme development and app integration

  .
• Proficiency with

  Shopify Liquid templating and Storefront API

  .
• Familiarity with backend frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Django, Spring, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  .
• Exposure to

  databases

  like PostgreSQL, Arango, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Experience working with

  Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

  is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of

  CSP architecture and cloud-native deployments

  .
• Experience with

  Stripe API, Heroku, New Relic

  , and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to

  wellness or streaming media verticals

  .
