Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Shopify Developer. The role involves developing and customizing Shopify themes to create seamless and conversion-driven user experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams to transform mockups into functional web pages, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, optimizing website performance, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Shopify Developer will also contribute to creating scalable, secure, and optimized solutions tailored to business needs while staying updated with best practices in Shopify development and e-commerce trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shopify development, including theme customization and Shopify Liquid templating.
• Hands-on experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and experience with Shopify API and app integrations.
• Ability to optimize website performance, ensure responsiveness, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in remote team environments.
• Experience with SEO optimization and analytics tools is a plus.
• Knowledge or experience working with cross-border commerce, especially in India and MENA markets, is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
