Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Shopify Developer. The Shopify Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionalities on Shopify-based websites. Day-to-day tasks include customizing Shopify themes, developing custom Shopify apps, integrating third-party services and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing website performance. The role also involves collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Shopify app customization / development from scratch.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in Shopify theme development and customization
• Proficiency in working with different Shopify JS APIs, Strong in Liquid code
• An expertise in JavaScript/ECMA Script 5/6
• Expertise in JavaScript libraries (eg: jQuery, Vue, React)
• A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• A strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
• Ability to build Shopify Apps, knowledge of PHP scripting language and understanding of anything that uses JSON REST API with Auth would be sufficient.
• Strong in GraphQL , Working on Automation toolkit like Gulp/Grunt and NPM
• Strong in API development and customization, App Development using PHP/Laravel and Node js is plus.
• Hands on experience in integrating API/web services.
• Should be comfortable in working with multiple OS (Unix/Linix/Windows).
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies and version control Git.
• Should be able to do unit testing
• Excellent Communication verbal skills
• Experience with Shopify Plus store development
• React JS knowledge would be an added advantage
