Position: Shopify App Developer

1) Should have Excellent Communication Skills
2) Must have Experience as a Shopify App Developer only
3) Looking for Gujarat-based candidates only

What We’re Looking For :

➡ Good understanding of the Shopify platform (themes, apps, store setup, Liquid templating)
➡ Past experience & understanding of Shopify Apps.➡ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)➡ Experience with customer support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)➡ Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.➡ Team collaboration and remote working skills.

Key Responsibilities:

➡ Respond to customer inquiries related to Shopify App Support
➡ Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the dev team when needed.➡ Guide new customers through onboarding and setup processes.➡ Provide clear documentation, walkthroughs, and support resources.➡ Educate clients on Shopify Application features, best practices, and new updates.➡ Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.➡ Collaborate with internal teams (development, product, sales) to ensure customer success.➡ Maintain CRM and support ticket systems with accurate records.➡ Identify upselling opportunities or improvements in client accounts.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
