Job Title: Shopify App Developer

Shopify App Developer

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain custom/private/public Shopify apps
  • Work with Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront, REST, GraphQL)
  • Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and webhooks
  • Optimize app performance, security, and reliability
  • Collaborate with designers & developers to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with

    Node.js / React.js

    or

    PHP/Laravel

  • Expertise in

    Shopify App Bridge, Polaris, Liquid

  • Solid understanding of

    GraphQL, REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks

  • Database knowledge:

    MySQL / MongoDB

  • Experience with hosting:

    AWS, Heroku, Vercel

    , etc.

Good to Have

  • Experience launching public Shopify apps
  • Knowledge of

    Checkout Extensibility / Shopify Functions

  • Experience with

    TypeScript

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving
  • Good communication & teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
