Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shopify Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience working with Shopify.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and improve processes.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities to expand the client base.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong knowledge of Shopify and its applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
