Shipping Executive [EXPORTS]

REQUIRE VERY EXPERIENCED CANDIDATE FOR IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR SHIPPING EXECUTIVE IN OUR EXPORT DEPARTMENT.

EXPORT DOCUMENTATION & EXPERIENCE IS A MUST

Capable of handling all procedures of trading including various formalities of shipping documentation for clearance of consignments and logistics.

• Knowledge of shipping, export documentation, customs documentation.
• Handling export-related documents(i.e Invoice, packing list, bill of entries, import payment)
• Interaction with logistic department, forwarders, CHA, and transporter.
• Handling all insurance (local & marine) related work.
• EXPORT RELATED BANKING DOCUMENTATION
• EXPERT ON EXCEL AND ERP WORKING WITH SHIPPING SOFTWARES

Responsibilities of candidates include.

• prepare & manage of all shipment related documents.
• Ensure effective management of the exports business.
• Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation and coordination with overseas buyers, merchant trade knowledge with experience dealing in China / Bangladesh.
• Dealing with banks for the export documents related issues, payment issues, handling exchange control requirements etc.
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Candidate should have good experience in Operations and Documentation

Should be good [intermediate to skilled] with MS Excel functions.

Can work on SAP / ERP with Good Communication skills.
