As a PD & Production DMM in the home textiles & decor industry at UNISOURCE, you will play a crucial role in managing product development and production planning. You will also be involved in vendor & buyer management, new product development, buyer presentations, and may require occasional travel both domestically and abroad. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, strong production planning and management skills, and experience in project management, vendor management, sourcing, design, and product development. Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and AI tools is essential. Being highly organized, detail-oriented, and having knowledge of supply chain management are key attributes required for this position. Experience in the home textiles & decor industry is a mandatory qualification for this full-time position.
