Job Description

Responsible for managing shift-based production operations with a team of ~60, ensuring seamless execution of 24/7 shop floor activities. Drives performance by actively engaging cross-functional teams to meet planned schedules with high quality standards. You have:

Bachelors degree in engineering with good communication skills. Typically, Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Shop floor production environment and handling the resources.

Proven ability to manage shift-based production with ~60 workforce, while closely engaging support and cross-functional teams to maintain seamless operations.

Actively involved in Kaizen, 5S, and efficiency initiatives; experienced in improving OEE across automation lines, testers, and specific machinery.

It would be nice if you also have:

Experience in advanced production planning tools, real-time schedule monitoring, and data-driven decision-making for Plan vs Actual adherence.

Demonstrated success in driving yield improvements and leading quality systems audits, especially in response to customer feedback.

Background in mentoring, performance management, and building high-performing teams to align with long-term production goals and company culture.

Shift production activities handling and engage the support teams closely.

Focus on the planned schedules, quick response if any challenges to mitigate.

End to end responsibility on process compliance.

Active involvement for Continuous improvement activities and Kaizen, 5S initiatives.

Ability to improve the OEE (Equipment efficiency) of Automation lines, Testers and specific set of machines

Good to handle ~60 workforce and effective team played in People management.

Responsible for Plan Vs Actual schedule adherence, Process compliance of Assembly, Product Yield, Delivery metrics.

Highly knowledgeable for solution arrival on customer feedback points and process quality enhancement.
