Lead - Electrical

Purpose/Objective

To monitor Progress of Electrical, Instrumentations & Automation work of MHS/Equipment Project at Site.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Accountabilities - To ensure safe & quality Work at Site. - To ensure Timely Completion of E&I work at Site. - Commissioning of Sub Station, Electrical establishment, PLC & Automation System. - Coordination with the User team & Engineering team for Electrical & Instrumentation work. - Dispute resolution related to Scope of Work Roles & Responsibilities - Leading and managing the vendor team at the site to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. - Proactively identifying and raising alarms regarding any changes in scope or quantity to ensure proper documentation and adherence to project timelines. - Providing expert technical guidance and input related to E&I work to the Engineering team, ensuring alignment with the latest industry standards and project requirements. - Ensuring all on-site work is conducted in strict compliance with approved engineering drawings and specifications, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. - Overseeing the implementation of the AGILE process at the site to promote flexibility, efficiency, and continuous improvement in project execution. - Ensuring timely and thorough compliance with all audit reports and regulatory requirements, mitigating any potential risks or issues. - Continuously monitoring and managing project progress, addressing any challenges promptly to maintain alignment with project goals and deliverables. - This role requires a proactive approach to leadership, technical expertise in Electrical & Instrumentation, and a commitment to ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Qualifications and Experience

- Engineering Graduate (Electrical /E&I) with 7-8 years of Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation work at site for large size of MHS Project.
