i. The Briquette Plant In Charge is responsible for the overall operation, management, and performance of the Briquette plant. Including overseeing production, ensuring compliance with quality standards, minimizing downtime, and optimizing efficiency to meet the organization's financial and operational goals.
ii. The Briquette Plant In Charge will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, improve the plants profitability, ensure the quality of production, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
iii. Machine Uptime: Achieve a machine uptime of 98% by implementing preventive maintenance
iv. Production Output: Meet or exceed the established production targets, delivering high-quality briquettes with minimal rework and waste.
v. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with HSSE standards, environmental regulations, and statutory requirements, with zero major audit findings.
