Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Asahi India Glass Ltd, responsible for electrical maintenance and ensuring the smooth operation of our glass manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical problems and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Train and guide junior staff members on electrical maintenance procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a glass manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control panels.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electrical safety.
