Shift Supervisor Electrical Maintenance

Employee Type: StaffJob Description:We are looking for a proactive Shift Supervisor Electrical Maintenance to oversee and manage electrical maintenance activities during assigned shifts. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise shift-wise electrical maintenance operations and allocate tasks to technicians.Monitor and maintain electrical equipment, including transformers, motors, control panels, and switchgear.Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.Ensure adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.Maintain shift logs, reports, and ensure proper handover between shifts.Coordinate with production and utility teams for seamless operations.Implement safety practices and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.Support continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.1 - 4 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing/industrial setup.Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, and control circuits.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to manage a team and work effectively in shifts.Good communication and reporting skills.
