Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Shift Supervisor to lead our electrical maintenance team at Asahi India Glass Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the glass industry, with a strong background in electrical maintenance and supervision.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.
Train and guide junior staff members on electrical maintenance procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in electrical maintenance and supervision within the glass industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies used in electrical maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
